Situations XII

That moment when you don’t feel anymore at home when you’re at home. It’s just like you don’t belong there, like a stranger in a strange land. Nothing is the same, no-one is like they used to be or, more likely, you’re not who you were and you will never be the same again. And now the thing is you’re not afraid of leaving, you’re afraid of staying and being trapped in that weirdly familiar world, missing people who already left and without knowing who you used to know.

I can't stay.  I can’t stand it. I need to go.

Situations XI

That moment, while wandering around a tiny British village in the middle of nowhere, you decide to go into the only pub that seems to be open. And after sitting there for some minutes, a guy gets close to your table and says in a perfect Spanish "¿De dónde sois? Yo soy de Tenerife y estoy aquí de vacaciones"
It definetely is a small world.

Situaciones X

Porque estaba claro. Te lo dijeron y no quisiste creerlo. Te obcecaste en tu absurda ensoñación y en el fondo sabías que no tenías razón. Quisiste intentarlo y, aunque parecía que sí, que esta vez era de verdad, al final fallaste. Olvidaste que tienes tendencia a repetir ciertos pasajes de tu historia y que el autoconvencimiento nunca ha sido tu fuerte.  Y entonces, un día te das cuenta de que ese momento ha llegado. Bueno, realmente te das cuenta de que había llegado ya hace tiempo, pero tú habías querido ignorarlo un poco más. Inútil. Lo es, lo eres y lo sabes. Ahora te callas, te tragas tus palabras y pide las disculpas pertinentes por ser una fucking stubborn. 
Y lo que pase después formará parte de un momento que será retratado otro día.

Situations IX

Toy Story 3: downloaded.
Tissues: ready, because people say they cried when they saw it and I think it's a good way to clean my eyes.
Pop-corns: damn it! The pop-corn box in the cupboard is empty. Maybe a durum will do.
Feel like studying?: Absolutely not!

Situations VIII

That moment when you get bored of being bored and, suddenly, you realise you can do a lot of things on your own, so turn your creative mode "on" and... everything goes better than expected.

Situations IV

He was decided, "I'll do it tomorrow" he thought.

He had been planning every detail for a long time. For too long, actually. And he knew it.

He knew that the more he waited, the worse the consequences would be. But he was a coward git, and he knew it too.

It wasn't the first time he had to do it, but he had never learnt to manage those situations and he felt stupid sometimes because of that. What on Earth was wrong with him? It wasn't supposed to be so difficult. 

He was freaking scared, but he was going to do it anyway. Because he wanted to demonstrate that the silly statement "nothing lasts forever" was not true (it couldn't be, could it?).
